NEET UG signature resizer (4–30 KB)

NTA wants your NEET signature as a JPG of 4 to 30 KB, signed with a black pen on white paper in running hand. Photograph your signature and get a clean, correctly sized file.

Files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

Filled in: 280 × 120 px at 200 DPI, 4–30 KB JPG · check your notice and edit if it differs

How to use: NEET signature size (4–30 KB)

  1. 1Sign in running hand on white paper with a black ballpoint pen.
  2. 2Photograph it from straight above and crop out the rest of the page.
  3. 3Add it here; the 4–30 KB limit and clean-up are set.
  4. 4Press "Make it fit" and check that the strokes look sharp.
  5. 5Download the JPG for the signature box of the NEET form.

Why 4 KB is the floor

An unusually small file usually means the scan is almost blank or badly compressed. Our output is saved at high quality, so it naturally lands well above 4 KB. The frame is a wide 280 × 120 pixels; if your bulletin gives a pixel size, change it before you press the button.

Clean strokes on a white background

A ballpoint signature photographed indoors is grey on grey. The White paper, dark ink option, already selected, makes the page white and the ink dark without changing the shape of your writing. Use the NEET photo page for the passport and postcard photos.

Frequently asked questions

Is a signature in capital letters accepted?

No. NTA asks for a full running signature. Signatures in capital letters can be rejected.

My signature photo is 2 MB. Will it fit 30 KB?

Yes. The tool reduces the pixels and quality together. Signatures compress very well, so the result is usually far below 30 KB while staying sharp.

Do I sign the same way at the exam?

Yes. You sign the attendance sheet at the centre, and it should match the uploaded signature.
