How to use: IBPS handwritten declaration (800 × 400)
- 1Copy the declaration text from your exam notice exactly, in black ink, on white paper, in your normal handwriting.
- 2Photograph the page in daylight, holding the phone straight above it.
- 3Crop the photo to just the written lines in your gallery app.
- 4Add it here and press "Make it fit". The text is fitted inside 800 × 400 on white.
- 5Check every word is readable in the preview, then download.
Make the text readable at 800 × 400
The upload is only 800 pixels wide, so small handwriting squeezed into one corner of a big page becomes unreadable. Write the declaration in about five or six lines, fill most of the width of the page, and crop away the empty paper before adding the photo.
Why the file needs at least 50 KB
A clean black-and-white page compresses very well, and an 800 × 400 JPG of a few lines of text is often lighter than 50 KB. The tool keeps the best quality it can and, if the file is still light, tops it up with blank metadata so the portal accepts it. Your writing is not altered.
Dark ink, white paper
The White paper, dark ink clean-up is already on. It removes the grey cast and shadows of an indoor phone photo, which helps a lot when verifiers check the declaration against your writing at the exam.
Frequently asked questions
What do I write in the declaration?
The notice gives the exact text, a short statement that the information in your application is correct and that you will produce documents when asked, with your name. Copy it word for word; do not write your own version.
Can I write it in capital letters or in Hindi?
IBPS notices ask for the declaration in English and say it must not be written in capital letters. Write it in normal running hand.
Can someone else write it for me?
No. It must be in your own handwriting. Typed text or someone else's writing can lead to rejection.
