Using the tools

• NapTools is free to use for personal and commercial work.
• You are responsible for the files you process and must have the right to use them.
• Do not use NapTools to break the law or to process content you are not allowed to handle.
• Do not try to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or bypass its limits.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every result will be correct or suitable for your purpose. Always check important results, such as calculator outputs used for tax or legal filings, before relying on them. Keep a copy of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Napnix LLP is not liable for any loss arising from the use of NapTools, including lost data or incorrect results.

Changes

We may change these terms or the tools at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
