Merge PDF files into one

Add two or more PDFs, drag them into the order you want and download a single combined file. Everything happens on your device, so even confidential documents stay private.

Files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use: Merge PDF

  1. 1Click "Choose PDF files" or drop your PDFs onto the box. You can add more files at any time.
  2. 2Drag the files into the order you want, or use the arrow buttons on a phone.
  3. 3Press "Merge PDFs" and wait a moment while the pages are combined.
  4. 4Download your merged PDF. Your original files are left unchanged.

When merging PDFs helps

Many online forms let you attach only one file: a job application that wants your CV, certificates and ID in a single PDF, a visa portal that asks for all bank statements together, or a college admission form that accepts one document. Merging also makes it easier to email a set of invoices or share scanned pages as one tidy file.

How the merge works

NapTools reads each PDF in the order you set and copies every page into a new document. Nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed, which is why the result looks exactly like the originals and the file size is roughly the total of the inputs.

Tips for a clean merged file

  • Put a cover page first. Drag your main document (for example, the application form) to the top of the list.
  • Check page orientation before merging. Landscape scans stay landscape in the merged file.
  • Need it smaller? Very large merged PDFs may exceed upload limits on government portals. Compress scanned images before turning them into a PDF, or keep each scan at a sensible resolution (150–200 DPI is plenty for documents).

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to merge confidential PDFs here?

Yes. The merge runs inside your browser using your device's own processor. Your PDFs are never uploaded, so nobody else, including us, can see them.

How many PDFs can I merge at once?

Up to 100 files, each up to 200 MB. On older phones very large files may be slow because everything is processed on the device.

Will merging reduce the quality of my PDF?

No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays sharp and searchable and images keep their original quality.

Can I merge a password-protected PDF?

Not yet. Remove the password first with the tool that created it, then merge the unlocked file.

Does the merged file keep links and bookmarks?

Page content, links inside pages and form appearance are kept. Bookmarks (the outline panel) from the original files are not combined yet.
